I meet with you once for an inital meeting which is free of charge to enable you to decide if you do want a doula for the pregnancy and birth and also to see if you would be happy working with me. You must feel comfortable with your choice of doula and after the initial meeting there is no obligation to take up bamboula, and there will be no pressure from bamboula to do so.
If you do decide to chose me for your doula, we will have 2 further pre natal meetings, and more if you wish.
We will cover subjects such as the birth plan, types of birth and labour, breastfeeding and any other subject you wish. I am also able to offer you a wide range of information to base your decisions for pregnancy and birth upon. All information is unbiased.
Please note that I will also be avaialble for unlimited phone calls and email enquiries, this is all included.
I am also able to offer you the loan of pregnancy and birth books and DVDs included in the service.
As a complementary gift, you will recieve if you wish a free 45 minute holistic pregnancy treatment.
