Included in the bamboula package will be one 2 hour post natal visit, more can be included if needed upon discussion.
The visit will be to help with newborn care and to support any emotional needs you have. Advise on breastfeeding and bonding can be given and help around the home if required.
Bamboula also offers baby massage one to one classes, this can help with both mother and father bonding with the baby and making them feel more secure.
